All orders placed on www.vikostore.com are delivered:
From Monday to Friday between 9 and 19 hours.
Deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. (Included express delivery option).
It is important to leave a contact phone, preferably mobile.
All packages require a signature at the time of delivery.

Terms and conditions of delivery
Orders are prepared in our warehouse located in the province of Barcelona from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 2 pm except holidays. Then they will be delivered to our authorized carrier for shipping.
The estimated time it takes for an order for customers to receive it is 72 working hours, Monday through Friday, from the next day the order is received and processed.
Please note that orders can be delivered before this time, or after, taking into account holidays, actions or specific promotions.
The delivery time is 2 to 3 business days, from Monday to Friday, once your order is processed and processed by our system.
These delivery times may vary from 10 or 15 days due to the availability of shipping companies, holidays, special promotions or specific actions.
In any case, orders are sent no later than thirty (30) days after the validation of an order by a user of the website.
Orders are delivered in mainland Spain, Balearic Islands and Canary Islands
